By accessing or using Clipboard (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
2. Definitions
- “Platform”:Refers to the Clipboard website and applications.
- “User”:Refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.
- “Saved History”:Refers to the clipboard items (texts, URLs, images, files, and templates) saved by the User.
- “Boards”:Refers to custom categories or folders created by the User to organize clipboard history.
3. Description of Services
Clipboard provides clipboard history tracking, custom boards categorization, text/URL metadata extraction, and multi-device cloud synchronization.
Clipboard operates on a zero-knowledge local encryption model. Sync transmissions are securely encrypted on your device before transfer, ensuring we cannot view your raw clipboard items.
4. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years of age. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. Account Registration & Security
Registration is completed via Google Authentication or Apple ID.
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, local device lock keys, and all activities under your account. Loss of access to your authentication credentials may result in the loss of access to your synchronized clipboard history.
6. Free Access and Subscription Terms

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All branding, design, structure, and software remain the exclusive property of Clipboard. Your clipboard history and saved files remain exclusively yours.
10. User Clipboard Data Responsibility
- • You retain sole responsibility for any text, URLs, images, or files saved in your clipboard history.
- • Clipboard cannot moderate or review clipboard content due to secure zero-knowledge local encryption architectures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipboard shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect or consequential damages
- • Loss of clipboard history due to local cache clearance, system upgrades, or account credential loss
- • Unauthorized access resulting from User negligence regarding endpoint device security
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipboard against claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
13. Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted error-free synchronization.
We strongly recommend keeping local backups or pinning critical clippings.
14. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if severe security violations or abusive behavior occur.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably before legal action.
